Jump Start Incubator announces new on-campus client
Perry Wellington Realty, LLC
Real Estate Company Opens New Office and Real Estate School in Reading

Reading, Pennsylvania – Jump Start Incubator (JSI), whose programs are run by the Kutztown University Small Business Development Center, welcomes its newest on-campus client, Perry Wellington Realty, LLC, a one-stop real estate firm which provides its customers with high-level home sales services focused on the residential real estate market. Perry Wellington was incorporated February 2011 by owner Adam Conrad in Hollidaysburg, PA and has since expanded to multiple locations across Pennsylvania. Conrad has also created other organizations such as: a real estate school, Advance Academy, LLC, Mortgage Services Company, Circuit Mortgage, LLC, and an Abstracting/Closing/Title services business, Precision Settlement Group, LLC. Perry Wellington utilizes technology to maximize customer service.

JSI Director Scott Schaeffer and Kutztown University Graduate Assistants are presently assisting Perry Wellington to develop a series of online training modules that will be used for on boarding new staff. Adam has incorporated business incubators as a key element of Perry Wellington’s expansion strategy and feels JSI’s unique hands on support will greatly benefit the firm. JSI will also be assisting the company with market research and developing a local marketing strategy. In addition, JSI will support Perry Wellington in documenting and monitoring their financial condition.

Perry Wellington will be launching its Advance Academy real estate school with an information session Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 9:30 am. The school will then run for the next eight consecutive Saturdays. Advanced Academy will conduct the information session and classes in the Berks County Community Foundation Conference Center, 237 Court Street, Reading, Pa 19601.
