Tis'the season for allegeries. The constant change in weather may come with the occasional sneezing, runny nose, and irritated, itchy eyes. While there is no actual way to avoid the seasonal changes, there are some ways to reduce how your allergies might affect you. By frequently cleaning the carpets and dusting the furniture in your workplace, you can reduce the amount of dust mites that could be inhabiting your work area. Encourage your employees to get an allergy test so they know what may trigger their allergies. If they are allergic to pet dander and are working closely with a pet owner, maybe they should be moved to work in a separate work space. Having a good air filtration system can eliminate the amount of pollen and outside allergens from being in the office.
