Work Can Be Healthy

It happens . . . We all go into work and feel the effects of sitting in a cubicle. Preforming the most simple of tasks becomes daunting when they shouldn't be; however, being at work shouldn't bring you this feeling.

How can you be expected to do your job if you're agitated, uncomfortable, over-stressed, bored, or even hungry? Choose to not be one of those people. Make a few small changes to your work environment and your productivity and happiness should both improve.
