The right components to your small business machine

People make up a business, even a small business.  You know that.  Going your own way usually means that someone will have to assist you.  You take the time to track down people to join your business and you continue on.  As long as those people work out.

Not everyone is the same when it comes to a job.  You may have a grand vision of how you see your business turning out in the next ten years but they might see their position as just a job with no real future.  You could also have an employee who is not contributing as much as you believe that they should to your business.  This can hurt productivity and set a bad example to your other employees.
