EBook: Data Proves that Social Media Brings More Leads

In the recent social media marketing industry report, many businesses were polled on the advantages that social media has had in their company's marketing plan. The top three reasons all had to do with engaging the customer: using social media to perform customer service and giving incentives to existing customers. Although 'Generating Leads' fell to the bottom of the list, it was still seen as an advantage at 43%. But if you are debating whether or not to use social media strictly to generate leads, there is still hope. This compact and quick e-book by hubspot polled 4,000 businesses and took the data from the traffic generated through social media. Some of the facts?
-People who blogged 16 to 20 times per month saw 3 times more leads than those who didn't blog.
-Businesses with 301-1,000 followers had 5 times more traffic with those with 1 to 25 followers.
-Businesses with 500-1,000 fans had 4 times more leads than those with 1 to 25 fans.

These facts enforce a growing opinion that these social media outlets can ultimately 'lead' to leads and have a positive ROI.
