Here's how people look at your Facebook Profile - Literally

As small businesses, when we are creating a Facebook profile we want the consumer to see enough to where they either like the page, or stay on the page long enough to review the vital information. But we all probably question what the most important part of the page is...where do people look?

Well, thanks to a company known as EyeTrackShop, we are now able to see quite literally where people look on our social network pages. EyeTrackShop ran an eye tracking program that tracked eye movements of 30 different people during their first ten seconds upon seeing a social network page. The areas that are the reddest are the areas that garnered the most attention. So you want to make a good first impression to a new viewer of your page?

Make sure the first viewed areas (such as profile picture, content on top)  are eye-catching, informative, and flawless!
